Eliminates dark spots on the lips naturally

Many times dark spots usually appear around the lips, although it does not imply a risk to our health, it does affect us aesthetically.

According to specialists, they mostly appear due to exposure to the Sun, so it is important to take care of the lips with sunscreen and follow other tips:
  • Drink plenty of water (8 glasses of water a day), as it helps eliminate pigmentation that affects the appearance of the skin of the lips.
  • Use sunscreen daily on the lips.
  • Exfoliate your lips constantly, you can do it by brushing them with your own toothbrush.
  • Use cocoa butter to keep them moist.
  • If the spots persist, you should go to the dermatologist to explain what would be the best technique to prevent darkening around the upper and lower lip.
Natural remedies to remove stains
  • Lemon: Lemon juice is fantastic for disappearing stains since it is made up of a great bleach. Place a few drops of lemon on your mouth where the spots are and massage with your fingers or a piece of moistened cotton. 
Do it for no more than 5 minutes, when finished, avoid exposing yourself to the sun. The most advisable thing is to do it during the night, before going to bed. For more safety, consult the dermatologist.
  • Apple cider vinegar: you just have to rub your lips and surroundings with your fingers impregnated with apple cider vinegar. This is done at night before going to sleep. When you wake up, rinse your lips and see how bright they will look.
  • Aloe vera or aloe: use some gel that is obtained from the center of the aloe pence. Apply it directly on the stains and let it act for about 15 minutes, then wash with warm water.
  • Carrot juice: helps to lighten the skin because it has a high content of vitamin A and is an antioxidant. Take a carrot, peel it and then cut it with the grater, take the grated carrot and squeeze it into a container. With a piece of cotton, take some of the previously strained juice, and spread it around where you have the spots. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then rinse.
